Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY :
This Nobel Biocare Associate Sales Representative is responsible for organizing, managing and building relationships to support a respective Territory Representative/Manager. The role will maintain sales and service goals with surgical specialists, general practitioners and dental labs within an assigned territory.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintain ideal customer account relationships.
Partner to support a geographic territory that is high producing of $2.5mil or greater.
Drive growth and access customer experience to drive improvement
Identify sales opportunities for Territory Representative/Manager.
Communicate with surgeon customer implant coordinator regarding restorative practice field support and case experience.
Daily appointments including prosthetic support, surgical in-service, chair side support and NobelGuide support and demonstrations.
Cold-calling in an area that is geographically convenient to the area where the support appointments. Cold-calling functions include a determination of educational needs and appropriate course brochures for clients.
Complete daily call reports and send to Territory Representative/Manager to communicate the activity within their territory.
Support and partnership with Territory Representative/Manager by driving, growing, and maintaining sales in respective region.
Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; we will consider an Associate's Degree or similar certification within dental
- 2+ years B2B outside sales experience is preferred; we will consider equivalent experience in an alternate role within the dental field
- Valid DL and acceptable record
Preferred requirements:
- Previous experience within medical device industry and/or dental sales preferred.
- Ability to travel within Canada
- Strong MS Office skills
Travel/Location:
- Laptop, iPad, iPhone and company allowance provided. All business expenses will be reimbursed. Eligible for incentive trip and other company sponsored promotional activities.
