What we offer?
- Base salary starting at CA $48,000 per year
- Tier commission structure CA $100,000 - CA $250,000 per year
- A company credit card is given to all sales representatives to cover travel expenses.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for young or experienced Sales Agent's that will establish and maintain relationships with our customers. Our customers are looking to rent their properties, and our Sales Agent's are there to advise them on market conditions, provide guidance and assistance during the leasing of their property.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of prior work experience in a related field or a high school diploma with 4 years of prior work experience in a related field.
- Must obtain a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
- Advanced sales skills.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Available to work extended hours.
- Multilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas.
- Must park Real Estate license. (if applicable).
Responsibilities
- Attend in-person meetings with property owners and sign up with them.
- Explain our services to prospective clients.
- Assess properties to ensure it is suitable for our tenants.
- Reach and exceed monthly targets.

Salary: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
