About The Role
We are seeking an efficient Marketing Assistant who will provide support for our Head Office's Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs daily updates in Microsoft Project
- Maintains Marketing Team calendars
- Monitors processes and follows up with stakeholders and vendors as necessary
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills:
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple job demands, problem solve and troubleshoot with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient in use of Office 365, particularly Outlook and Project
Experience:
Minimum one year's experience in a similar role
