Sales Representative

eSupply Canada is an Indigenous-owned online distributor of office, janitorial, and industrial supplies. We give our customers an alternative to the big-box retailers and ship to homes and places of business from coast to coast to coast.
eSupply Canada Ltd. is looking for a sales representative who will be responsible for expanding new accounts by finding, onboarding, and managing their own clients and book of business. The successful candidate will make an impact by driving sales growth across all divisions and manage the whole eSupply Canada Ltd. experience for their very own clients from contract to delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop strong professional relationships via phone and e-mails
- Manage customer relationships by understanding the customer's business needs, working with key influencers in the organization, and enhancing the sales experience
- Identify public tender opportunities and respond to Requests for Proposals
- Work with the Sales Manager to establish and meet sales goals
- Provide full cycle customer service for your own clients from contract to delivery
- Identify market trends and account needs in order to react to market activity
- Grow and manage your own book of business and clients
Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including developing and maintaining sales growth, seeking out new customers, and technical selling/providing product information
- Strong active listening, oral, and written skills
- Deep knowledge of CRM software
- Advanced computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Work remotely from your own home office
Role Type: Full-time, permanent
We offer competitive commission for retained customers in perpetuity with no limits as well as flexible work hours.
